Coach Sportovia - Your new coaching center
A free tool for coaches to manage their athletes' training plans in Sportovia app. Plan, analyse and comment their workouts and help them achieve their sports goals. Find new clients, make your work easier and faster. Wherever you are.
In Sportovia, we believe there are no ready training plans which work for everyone. Each athlete, even an amateur, requires an individual approach in order to develop properly, injury free and quickly enough. Each athlete can benefit more from having a coach!
Remember spending your evenings in front of your computer reviewing your athletes workouts, sending e-mails or hanging on the phone with them? Well, not anymore! Now you can manage training plans, analyse and comment completed workouts and chat with your athletes wherever you are and whenever you want.
Coach Sportovia most important features:
Fill your coach profile, write about yourself, set your prices and get new clients. You can also work for the whole team, managing training plans for all (or just some) team members.
Calendar:
- use clear day/week/month/trainings list views to manage your athletes workouts and keep them under control
Plan single workouts:
- name workouts following your own terminology
- set goals (distance, duration, avg. pace, heart rate zone, calories)
- use pre-workout note (available for the athlete while training)
Create training plans:
- add as many workouts as you need
- use all the options available for a single workout
- assign training plans to chosen athletes
Analyze each workout:
- distance/duration/avg. speed/avg. pace/calories/total ascend/total descend/cadence/avg. heart rate
- map with tracked route and split times
- pace, speed and graph
- check workout rating set by the athlete
- comment workouts to motivate your trainees
Athletes:
- list of your athletes with access to their profiles with body details
Messages:
- chat with your athletes or comment specific workouts
- get notifications eg. about completed workouts
Statistics:
- check lifetime (general) and activity (detailed) statistics
Teams:
- by becoming a team's coach, you can train and communicate all the team members as though they're your individual athletes
- you can also send posts and comments visible for all members on team's timeline
Metrics
- control your athletes weight, rest heart rate, mood and health (injuries or diseases)
Online access
- log in to your account via www.sportovia.com if you prefer to use your computer instead of the app
If you wish to track your own activities or just check what your athletes can have, log in with the same e-mail and password to Sportovia app.
